We will prepare and submit forms and rate filing packets, prepared by your actuary, to the state Insurance Departments and will negotiate with the departments until the filings are approved.

Advertising Review & Filing
Eaton-Compliance provides peace of mind by reviewing print and website advertisements. We are also available to submit advertising to states that require filing.

Licensing & Appointments
Eaton-Compliance assists companies in obtaining, completing and submitting producer, third party administrator, provider, or broker license applications. When necessary, Eaton-Compliance can also complete a company's Secretary of State corporate qualification filings, as well as carrier appointments.
Continuing Education
Eaton-Compliance completes and submits continuing education providership, instructor and class applications for approval. We also routinely handle course reporting, roster submission, issuing course completion certificates and license renewals.
